This is a plain-language summary of what this website and the Visimake apps do with information. It is a starting point and should be reviewed against the laws that apply where you sell.
This website
- It sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers.
- Its fonts and images are served from this site, not from a third party.
- Like any web host, the hosting service (Netlify) records standard technical logs such as IP addresses and page requests to run and secure the service.
The early-access form
- If you give your email address, we receive it through the form service of our host. We use it to tell you about updates and new crafts, and for nothing else.
- We do not sell or share it.
- To have it deleted, email hello@visimake.com.
The apps
- Your designs are saved on your own computer (in your browser's storage or in files you save). They are not uploaded to us.
- The apps send no usage data. Settings, libraries and recent files are kept on your computer.
- If you use the optional AI features, your request goes to the AI provider you set up, using your own key.
- Shop links open the shop's own website in your browser. Some may carry a referral tag that earns a commission at no extra cost to you; you can turn this off in Settings.
